Sales are limited to shipments in the United States. ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Click the BUY NOW button next to the item you wish to purchase. You will be taken to your shopping cart to confirm your purchase. If you desire only one of that item go to step two now. If you wish to buy more than one, change the number in the QUANTITY box to the number you wish to purchase, then press the RECALCULATE button at the bottom of the page. Step 2: If you wish to continue shopping, press the CONTINUE SHOPPING button at the bottom of the page. You will be returned to our web site. If, on the other hand, you are ready to check out press the GO TO PAYMENTS button to go to the Billing and Shipping Information page. Step 3: Complete the information requested. Be certain to include your email address and telephone number so we can reach you promptly if there is a problem with your order. When you complete this page press the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page. Step 4: You will be taken to a copy of your ORDER FORM. Please take a moment to make certain all of the product, billing and shipping information is correct. At the bottom of the page click whether you wish to pay by Credit Card or Check. Then follow these insructions: TO PAY BY CHECK: We accept checks by mail. To pay by check, PRINT TWO COPIES of the Order Form (one to send and one for your records). Use your web browser's PRINT command (under the FILE menu). When your forms have printed, press the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the screen. You will be given an ORDER NUMBER. Please write this number on BOTH copies of your order form. Send one copy along with a check made out to: TERRIE VOIGT STUDIO to the following address: Terrie Voigt Studio TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD: We process credit card orders through PayPal, a secure payment processor. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. To pay by credit card, press the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the Order Form. You will be taken to PayPal's secure site to complete the transaction. Simply follow PayPal's directions. (NOTE: You do not need to have a PayPal account to process credit card purchases through them.) SALES TAX: We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax on all purchases going to locations in Michigan. If your order is going to a Michigan address, this amount will be added to your order. SHIPPING: We ship most orders within 7 days of the time we receive them. We use the US Postal Service's Priority Mail, UPS or Fed EX ground for most orders. They usually deliver within 3 to 4 days. We therefore ask that you allow 10 days to 2 weeks for items to arrive at your door step. Most often they will arrive sooner but this time frame is a good benchmark. To keep things simple, we levy a flat $6 shipping and packaging charge on all orders. RETURNS: Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you order, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund. We must receive the item in its original condition before an exchange or refund can be processed. To arrange for a return, call or email us to obtain a return authorization before mailing. After receiving a return authorization, send the package (use original packing materials or equivalent - envelopes - even padded ones - are not adequate) with a note explaining why you are returning the item(s), to: Terrie Voigt Studio, LOSS OR DAMAGE: Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged or lost in transit. In the unlikely event this happens to your order, we ask that you contact us immdiately. Call us at 248-879-6374 or better, email us at tvoigt@tvsglass.com. Tell us exactly what happened including the condition of the package you received (or that you have not received the order after two weeks). In the event of damaged goods, we may ask that you ship them and the packaging back to us so we can show them to the shipper. We want to make working with us as easy as possible for you. We will therefore, replace your order as soon as possible and take care of pursuing a remedy with the shipper. LIABILITY: Having no control over the use of our products, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind (except as noted in our return policy) arising out of the use or misuse of our products. |
